The Famine statues, are located in Custom House Quay in the heart of the Dublin Docklands, constructed in to the City of Dublin in 1997.

The statues commemorate the Great Famine of the 19th century which during the famine approximately 1 million people died and atleast a million more emigrated from Irish shores.

This image was taken on a very cold and calm night in February.]]></description>
